Unlocking the Potential of Data in Asia – Strategy, Culture and Organisational imperatives
Global companies struggle to unlock the full potential of data they own because its flow and management are impeded by structural, cultural, regulatory and technological factors. The problems in Asia-Pacific are further accentuated by diverse levels of maturity and regulations across countries. How can they create enabling conditions – organisation structure, accountability, culture, and technology platforms – to generate business value and manage risks for the entire company?
We have invited Shameek Kundu, former and the first, Chief Data Officer of Standard Chartered Bank to share his perspectives on these issues.
