What level of travel will be available and required/accepted by international companies and executives, and how will that experience look in 2021 and beyond?

The dearth of business travel during much of 2020 has had a substantial immediate and probably longer-term impact on not only companies and the travel industry ecosystem, but also the economy as a whole.  Many executives have increasingly been persuaded that much work previously done in person could be accomplished remotely. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx and Google Meet have dominated daily business communications.  These developments could lead to permanent shifts in the workplace, affecting the need to travel.

We will be joined by Tony Tyler, former Chief Executive of Cathay Pacific (2007-11) and Director General of the International Air Transport Association (2011-16), to help us navigate the ‘day after tomorrow’ for business travel.
