New Work & Team Structures in Asia – sharing insights on the best strategies
Our Future of Work session is coming up on March 12 as a breakfast session. This should be a valuable two hours for you, as this is one of those challenges that is not easy but one that must be tackled soon and thoughtfully. So, sharing insights into what each of us is doing will be a big help.
Head office, of course, will have its own plan for getting staff back to the office and reorganising how teams work and are led. Whether any of that will work across Asia’s fragmented and very diverse markets is another matter.
In addition to Nick Evans, Managing Director, Korn Ferry, four great forum members will help drive the debate by sharing their own experiences:
- Anthony Couse CEO, Asia Pacific, JLL
- Elisa Mallis MD & VP, Asia Pacific, Center for Creative Leadership
- Toby Fowlston CEO, Robert Walters & Walters People
- Girish Ramachandran President, Asia Pacific, Tata Consultancy Services
Apart from leading big teams in Asia, they also head organisations that must think about the trends and advise firms. We’ll call on each of them at different points in this debate but we’ll ensure that everyone attending gets to table ideas and probe with questions right from the kick-off.
Ultimately, this is all about how you build a team that delivers the regional plan. It is hard to think of a better topic for our forum at the start of 2021.
