Managing Supply Chain Disruption During and After the Pandemic
COVID-19 has put the strength and flexibility of the supply chain to test. Disruptions have posed potential problems for almost any business. Firms sourcing, manufacturing and transporting goods, for example, have seen significant challenges in managing commercial and other risks with both suppliers and customers. They have employed strategies such as agile, lean and flexible production systems; omni-channel distribution systems; real-time monitoring; coordination and collaboration mechanisms; and visibility systems to enhance supply chain stability and robustness – which have not always been effective during the pandemic.
Karen Li, CEO of Vinda International Holdings and Gareth Brooks, Managing Director of VF Asia will help lead our discussion. Please join us to share your experiences in developing knowledge, strategies and mechanisms for supply chains during the pandemic and the post-COVID-19 environment.
