Which calendar do you use?

The pandemic has changed consumer behaviour, some of it likely permanently. While some of the changes, such as a shift towards online shopping, were accelerated by the pandemic, others, such as a step down in discretionary spending are a direct consequence of it. Adapting business strategies to these trends is and will remain essential next year and beyond.
