Pandemics and business continuity plans (BCP) are on everyone’s minds today. Our forum members shared their thinking about how to prepare for and mitigate such risks during the 2006 avian flu outbreak. In February, we’ll help our China forum members share insights into how to calibrate their response to the coronavirus outbreak.
Prompted by the 2006 avian flu scare, we developed a BCP paper for our members. The process and goals remain the same and the paper is as relevant today as it was back then.
