| Often the best insights you can get on Asian strategies come from sharing experiences with fellow regional ‘heads’. Our CEO Forum provides an opportunity for such discussion to take place, which is also backed up by our own in-depth research with clients. This program provides a unique opportunity for senior regional ‘heads‘ to meet with one another on a regular basis, exchange experiences, share networks and build relationships. Attendance is by invitation only and is restricted to the nominated senior regional executive on the program. Seats at this forum cannot be delegated. |
| Throughout the year we organise monthly luncheon discussions covering a mix of strategy and country issues with guest presenters. The strategy sessions are developed by Chris Nailer and an Asia Issues Management Paper is produced. Country directors from our Asia network will join these sessions as needed and we invite members to comment in sessions when appropriate. In addition, we organise evening dinners with spouses and ad-hoc partner meetings. The peer group meetings provide a valuable opportunity to share views about particular market developments or management issues that rarely make the press or formal market reviews. |
Each quarter we provide a half day forecasting conference covering the 5-year regional outlook. Guest presenters will be invited to the sessions, who will lead discussion and debate on topical issues (Consumer; India; China; and Human Resources). These sessions will be held in Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
The creation of a good peer group forum is important to our forecasting work and we believe useful forecasting is based on the interaction between clients, our forecasting team and the high-level guest presenters we bring to each session. We encourage you to send members of your team to participate on a quarterly basis as this enables executives to get a real feel for the market opportunities and potential issues or challenges. |
| All our presentations, country analysis, forecasts, excel workbooks and strategic issues papers, both present and historical, are available for download from our online database. This enables members to gain access to not only the meeting materials from your membership city, but to all those presentations and papers produced from meetings taken place throughout the region.
